About the Role

We are seeking licensed Psychologists and Therapists who can contribute not only to clinical service delivery but also to the development of structured templates for operational decision-making, documentation standards, and digital record systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong therapeutic expertise with the ability to design and implement structured documentation frameworks that enhance clinical quality, compliance, and efficiency within digital mental health systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with digital mental health platforms. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to design standardized templates and workflow systems. Excellent written and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling
• Valid Professional License
• Minimum 2–3 years clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care)
• Experience with structured documentation systems (SOAP, DAP, intake models)
• Understanding of operational decision-making and record management
• Commitment to ethical and confidential practice
